Why bolt retightning of cubical is required for high tension motor (6.6 kV) after running for scheduled hour?

I have come across one compressor motor data sheet ,re tightening cubical junction box bolt after fixed scheduled hours (50 hrs after initial commissioninging and then once per year).This motor is high tension motor (6.6 kV) used to drive instrument air compressor
