Need advice: Wanting a tattoo?

Well I'm 14 and my sister just got a tattoo (she's 15 almost 16) and we were in Florida and me her and my mom went into a tattoo parlor and told the guy that my sister "was 18 but forgot her ID" hahaha the guy believed It although he said that they do it on 16 year olds with parental consent. You could always try that, but it might not work! Try to find somewhere that does it for minors if you don't wanna lie lol.
