Health Question about a lot of problems?

I am 27, I have High blood pressure, thyroid hypo, diabetes, anxiety problems. (atenonol 50, levoxyl 75mcg) March 26 I was doing a lot of painting and was up and down a hard chair a lot, this same days i stopped taking my metaformin er 500 x2 a day because i was getting the runs. (mixed with my thyroid) The runs stopped the next day. I then started taking actos 30 mg instead and started a progesterone treatment to start my period ( I have polyovarian cyst diesease) Now as I was saying March 26 i was doing a lot of work and started 2 meds. My feet were killing me, like never before and they continued to hurt over a week. Sometimes it make me cry hurt so bad, throbbing and achy, so i figured i over did it, till it was still going on in to aptil 20th, when the pain was way less but now my left foot is half numb on bottom and top part of right is numb. I only took the progesterone for 10 days so i believe not related. At this time I started Femcon birth control. Still not taking metformin er. Now it is May 24, another month past, i still have numb foot, occasional shooting pains up left leg only with upper thigh throbbing and into top of groin lower ab, I have had dizzyness, with nau with very little vomiting. The other night i felt like everytime i moved i was on fire and then threw up, I am getting sharp pains under my left . I am a mess and don't know why. Podiatrist states nothing, dr nothing other then vit d def, endocro dr states prob not actos (but i stopped actos in case it was them and been 4 days and no change so prob not actos meds causing it) Does anyone have any idea? Please anything that can help. I think i might have more then one thing going on. The pain under might just be anxiety but the leg and numbness and vomiting and feeling like on fire i have no idea?
