How can I get rid of dry skin on my feet ?

I have really bad dry skin on my heels , the side of my feet and under neath my toes. Is there any way i could get rid of it all like using creams ? ( Please could you offer cheap suggestions as I am thirteen and I dont have alot of money ! )
