Should the Lakers blowup their roster +BQ?

Their dynasty isn't over. They just need to make a few small changes. If they keep the same core, they will still probably go into next season as Vegas favorites to win the Western Conference. The only way I see them blowing up their roster is if they make a play at Dwight Howard.
