Trading between the Alliance and the Horde in World of Warcraft?

I have a level 85 Blood Elf Death Knight, but I want to create a Draenei Paladin. I was wondering if i'll be able to send any heirlooms or Tome of Cold Weather Flying to my new Paladin?
