are you indeed that shallow? you're not conceited or y and you have a great personality, yet the girls don't talk to you. that is understandable. attractiveness has nothing to do with the guys i talk to because it's who they are that attracts me. if, which i suppose is the case, you are indeed who you claim not to be, your looks are your only et. learn to truly be a kind and strong man and you will get noticed. open doors, don't be too flirty, look for ways to help others.
