What do you use to protect a growth chart?

I have made a growth chart for a grandchild. I have used colored paper and wall paper pieces. I glued it to this big piece of white plastic with Elmers. It is sticking fine, but I want to put a clear coat of something so that it can be cleaned with a damp cloth. What should I use? Thanks!
