Why do poor people have kids at an earlier age and have more kids compared to well educated people?

Here's what my teacher said: Poor people usually don't have TV's so what do they do when they are bored?(There's this list on the back of my textbook that say how much money a country makes, etc and the amount of babies compared to the amount of Tv's actually correlates. The more Tv's the less babaies. Just a theory LOL) Also good condoms aren't cheap either. And alot of them don't know much about protection and just in general (They knoe how to have , but you know what I mean, they should be more educated about the risks) and when they do get pregnant they can't afford to get abortions even if they want to. Rich people probably had some abortions too. Also poor people become even poorer because now they have to take care of a baby
