Why do i always feel hot?

I mean if im not sitting in a room with a fan or ac running with a breeze in my direction im uncomfortably hot, and i start to sweat! its not like a little if im moving it gets to the point that its dripping off my face like rain and it even gets on my gles, Even thinking hard ( i know sounds silly) triggers my perspiration! is this something i should see a doctor about
