What should i bring for lunch?
hey! i'm starting a 30 day sugar free challenge tomorrow, and school starts in 2 weeks. that means for the first 2 weeks of school I need to find a way to bring a lunch that isn't filled with sugar. apparently sandwich breads have tons of sugar, so i'm trying to cut that out as well...and i don't like my salads without dressings loaded with TONS of sugar :( plus, i don't like bringing salads to school since it feel weirds and they never seem to keep me full. the diet says i can't have any white carbs b/c they have tons of sugar, so i'm limited to just brown rice, but even so that's supposed to be an occasional treat? i'm allowed to eat all meat including eggs and all fruits and vegetables except boiled carrots (?), bananas, raisins, and watermelon (loaded with tons of sugar). so please help!
