What are some good satire ideas?

I have to write a small paper -about 2 to 3 pages- and I need some ideas. I have a couple. I was going to do abuse of Medicare/food stamps/EBT cards but the more I write the harsher I get. I don't want to come across superior or too mean. Does anyone else have any better ideas? Some that have the ability to be easily turned into a satire paper? Thanks guys :D
