TTC..why me????

So here we are, I'm already a mother of two beautiful boys 11 & 9 that I'am so thankful for but I recently got married to a wonderful man and I want another baby! My husband has no children and I would to share this experience w/ him. I had my two children at 20 & 22 and neither were planned and life was very hectic w/ their father in & out and not helping at all so I would love to be able to enjoy a baby and not be scared shitless and alone!! Anyway getting my life together, finishing my degree, getting married, buying a house, I was thinking I was ready..until it didn't happen!! I couldn't believe that I actullly have to work at this! My husband had a fertility test w/ the results being low and I attributed that to his smoking and occasional marajuina smoking which he has since stopped both. So has anyone had the experience of their husbands quitting and then getting pregnant? How long did it take? Thanks
