Mano the Snail in Maplestory?

hey maplers! i have a question about the Mano the snail thing. first of all, where is the thicket around lith harbor or whatever where it appears? i think im here not so sure. another thing is: when does it come? ive been waiting awhile so someone tell me when or how it comes ty!
