Have you ever blocked someone on here?

I haven't. There was one I considered ,who fortunately doesn't seem to appear these days.He had around three quarters of this section blocked. Decided it was pointless,he would have just made yet another account. As far as I'm aware,he and his multiple monikers was the only one to block me
