At what store can I purchase Adobe Creative Suite 2 (CS2)?

I do not want to buy anything online! I am a high school senior and I am applying to get into art and design colleges for graphic design and I need to start building a portfolio. I looked at Best Buy, Circuit City, and Staples and all they seem to want to sell is the new CS3 and it's extremely expensive or Photoshop Elements 7.0 and no Illustrator. I at least really need Photoshop and Illustrator. Where can I at least purchase decently new and workable versions of these programs without spending 500+ dollars. I'm only 17!
